She has broad experience with the worlds leading brands helping them manage their research needs and translating insights into tangible strategies that improve business outcomes.
Catherine founded her own agency, McMann & Tate in 2005. McMann & Tate was one of the most successful agency start-ups of its time. Both WPP and STW approached McMann & Tate for the purpose of acquiring the company. In 2007, STW acquired 100% of McMann & Tate.
Catherine is the Principal and Head of Insights and Strategy at Prophisee. Her brief is to ensure the quality of research and strategy practices are leading the market.
